Property Owner(s) and/or the person(s) in control of the said property, hereafter known as "Host" and Mid Term Rental Properties Inc. hereinafter called "MTRP" hereby covenant and agree: The Host hereby employs MTRP to book/rent their property on a mid term basis. Should the contract terms and conditions change the Host will be notified and requested to sign the new agreement.
