This agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is between Name of Production Company (the “Company”), and Writer’s Name (the “Scriptwriter”). This Agreement will set forth the terms under which Company has agreed to engage Scriptwriter to render services to Company in connection with the motion picture currently titled Name of Picture (hereafter referred to as the “Picture”).
