This Deposit Receipt, Reservation and Sales Agreement (this "Agreement") is made by and between SunStone Waikoloa LLC, a Hawaii limited liability company, the address of which is 1003 Bishop Street, Pauahi Tower Suite 1240, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813 (the "Seller") and the "Buyer" named in Article II below, and shall be effective upon the date of its execution by the Seller (the "effective date"), subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, and the provisions of the Condominium Property Act, Chapter 514A, Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended.
