The parties, Illinois Bell Telephone Company, Michigan Bell Telephone Company, The Ohio Bell Telephone Company, Pacific Bell Telephone Company, The Southern New England Telephone Company, Southwestern Bell Telephone Company ("SBC") and PaeTec Communications, Inc. ("PaeTec"), in order to amend, modify and supersede any affected provisions of the Interconnection Agreement in the state of California, Connecticut, Illinois, Michigan, Ohio, and Texas, (“Agreement”), hereby execute this Amendment.
