AMENDMENT NO. 8 TOConsulting Services Agreement • March 27th, 2021
This Amendment No. 8 (“Amendment”) is made and entered into on , 2021, by and between the Windy Gap Firming Project Water Activity Enterprise, a government-owned business within the meaning of Article X, § 20(2)(d) of the Colorado Constitution, organized pursuant to C.R.S. §§ 37-45.1-101 et. seq. and owned by the Municipal Subdistrict, Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District (“Enterprise”), and Black & Veatch Corporation (“Consultant”), and amends the Consulting Services Agreement dated April 4, 2018 (the "Agreement"), between Enterprise and Consultant regarding additional services and additional time associated with the construction services (Preconstruction Period #4) for the Chimney Hollow Dam & Reservoir Project. All provisions of the Agreement and all previous Amendments not specifically modified in this Amendment No. 8 shall remain in full force and effect in accordance with their terms.
