This Amendment No. 2 (the “Amendment”) is made by and between Verizon North Inc. and Verizon South Inc. (“Verizon”), a Wisconsin corporation with offices at 8001 West Jefferson, Ft. Wayne, Indiana 46804 and 201 N. Franklin Street, One Tampa Center, Tampa, Florida 33602, and Digital Network Access Communications, Inc., a corporation with offices at 601 First Avenue, Rochelle, Illinois 61068 (“DNA”), and shall be deemed effective on August 7, 2006 (the “Amendment Effective Date”).
