This letter contains the terms previously discussed and agreed for your appointment as non-executive director of Wesleyan Assurance Society (“the Society”) and merely updates our earlier letter in line with the content of letters being issued to other non- executive directors of the Society. Although they are not specifically mentioned you will of course be subject to the normal duties and responsibilities of a director that are imposed at law. Please speak to me if you have any questions about this letter. It is agreed that this appointment is a contract for services as an office holder only and not a contract of employment.
