Corporation, a foreign business corporation, with local offices located at 1605 Route 300, Newburgh, New York (hereinafter “Cintas”) and the City of Beacon, a municipal corporation, duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of New York, having its principal office at One Municipal Plaza, Beacon, New York (hereinafter the “City”) (collectively referred to herein as the “Parties”).
