Before we can issue a confirmation to you, a FACILITIES AGREEMENT FORM must be signed and returned. Following your acceptance you will receive an email confirming your reservation. If you do not receive a confirmation number for your event, it has not been scheduled. Please review the following policies, guidelines, requirements and restrictions regarding your event.
