WHEREAS, the County Board established the Arlington County Tenant Assistance Fund (“TAF”) for the purpose of assisting certain eligible low-income households residing in Arlington County that are (i) being temporarily displaced during the comprehensive renovation and/or construction of the apartment complex in which they reside, and/or (ii) required to pay increased rent as a result of the comprehensive renovation and/or construction of the apartment complex in which they reside; and
