This Interconnection, Collocation and Resale Agreement (the “Agreement”), dated this 29th day of November, 2004 is entered into by and between Las Vegas Telephone, Inc. (“CLEC”), a Nevada corporation, and Central Telephone Company – Nevada dba Sprint of Nevada (“Sprint”), a Delaware corporation, to establish the rates, terms and conditions for local interconnection, local resale, and purchase of unbundled network elements (individually referred to as the “service” or collectively as the “services”).
