MANAGER is engaged in the business of providing valet parking services to cities for their visitors and guests. The CITY desires to retain MANAGER to provide valet parking services to the CITY and its patrons, and MANAGER desires to accept such engagement, upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth. In addition to above stated Statement of Purpose, services shall be provided in accordance with the Scope of Services outlined in the Invitation to Bid dated and MANAGER’s Proposal dated which are attached and made part hereof, with respect to the valet parking services.
