This HOST SCHOOL AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), effective as of July 1st, 2023 (“Effective Date”), is entered into by and between International Alliance Group, LLC, (“IAG”) and the, Columbia Public Schools, (the “Host”, and together with IAG, each a “Party”, and collectively, the “Parties”).
