Your Client agrees to pay any sales, or other similar taxes (if any) imposed by applicable law that the Company must pay based on the services You ordered, except for taxes based on the Company’s income.

All Company, certified Notaries Public or Trusted Agents, have signed a statement of confidentiality and our privacy policy agreeing to protect Your client’s personal identification information. You also affirm, acknowledge, and agree that You or Your third party token manager or credential service provider contracted by You are responsible for authenticating Your client's personal identifiable information as Your clients access your system.
