This Limited Use License Agreement (“License”) sets forth the Terms and Conditions for use of Engineering Tools (“Engineering Tools”) provided by Panasonic Industrial Devices Europe GmbH (“PIDEU”) to the customer (“You” or “Licensee”). You agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of this License and to use the Engineering Tools only in accordance with the Terms and Conditions described below.
