This Expanded Consortium Participation Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of September 15, 2024 (the “Effective Date”), by and among AHCA/NCAL Solutions, LLC, a District of Columbia limited liability company (“Solutions”) and each of the entities that has either signed a signature page to this Agreement or becomes a party hereto by executing the form of “Joinder Addendum” attached hereto as Exhibit A (each, a Consortium Participant as defined below). Solutions and each Consortium Participant is referred to individually as a “Party” and, collectively, as the “Parties”.
