This HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made effective on by and between The Powerhouse dba Durango Discovery Museum (hereinafter, “POWERHOUSE”), of 1333 Camino del Rio, Durango, Colorado 81301 and San Juan Regional Medical Centre (hereinafter, “SJRMC”), of 801 W. Maple, Farmington, New Mexico 87401. The Powerhouse and San Juan Regional Medical Centre are sometimes individually referred to as “Party” and collectively referred to as the “Parties”’.
