This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) is entered into by and between Inland Empire Health Plan (“MCP”) and Riverside University Health System - Behavioral Health (“MHP/DMC- ODS”), effective as of July 1, 2024 (“Effective Date”). MHP/DMC-ODS and MCP are referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as “Parties.”
