Foreword - This Revised Delivery Agreement (DA), was approved by the Welsh Minister on 17th March 2020, and contains the ‘Timetable’ for the production of the Torfaen Replacement LDP and a ‘Community Involvement Scheme’ (CIS) which sets out how and when stakeholders and the community can get involved with the preparation of the Plan.
