This Restated and Amended Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “Agreement”) is made on this 6th day of August 2017 (“Effective Date”), by and between the Palo Alto School District (hereinafter called “District”), and the County of Santa Clara, a political subdivision of the State of California (hereinafter called “County”). District and County are sometimes hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Parties” or each individually as a “Party.”
