This Settlement and Release Agreement (“Agreement” or “Settlement Agreement”) is entered into by and between Jasmine Williams and Jacquette Smith (“Plaintiffs”), both individually and on behalf of the Settlement Class, and Inpax Shipping Solutions, Inc. and Amazon Logistics, Inc. (collectively, “Defendants”), in the case of Williams, et al. v. Inpax Shipping Solutions, Inc., et al., Case No. 2018-CH-02307, currently pending in the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois, Chancery Division (the “Litigation”). Defendant Inpax, Defendant Amazon, and each of the Plaintiffs is referred to herein as a “Party” and are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.”
