(“Group” or “you” or “your(s)”) and DR Spokane City Center, LLC ("Owner"), d/b/a DoubleTree by Hilton Spokane City Center (the “Hotel” or “we” or “us” or “our”) is intended to be helpful to both you and us and result in your satisfaction with our performance.
