This Agreement is made on this 1st day of January, 2016 by and between the University of California, San Francisco Police Department (UCPD) which is an agency of the Regents of the University of California, and three agencies of the City and County of San Francisco which are the San Francisco Police Department (SFPD), San Francisco District Attorney’s Office (SFDA) and the San Francisco Department of Public Health (SF DPH) in regard to responding to sexual assaults and other violent crimes. SFPD, SFDA, and SF DPH are referred to collectively as “City.”
