The following Agreement is the entire agreement between the parties. All prior negotiations and agreements between the parties have been incorporated into this agreement and it is intended to be the final written expression of all terms and conditions of the agreed to by the parties. This agreement supersedes any prior negotiations, representations or agreements, either written or oral. This agreement may only be modified or amended by mutual written agreement of the parties. This contract consists of seven (7) pages and Addenda “A”, “B”, “C”, and “D”.
