This Promotion Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the date the Customer accepts the terms of the attachment by clicking “I Accept” below (the Effective Date”) and is made a part of the Master Services Agreement, Renewal Master Services Agreement or other contract containing the standard terms and conditions that govern the provision of Intuit Financial Services products and services (hereinafter referred to as the “Master Services Agreement” between you (hereafter known as “Customer”) and Digital Insight, doing business as Intuit Financial Services ("Intuit"), collectively the “Parties”.
