The parties to the Agreement are the STATE OF CALIFORNIA, acting by and through the STATE LANDS COMMISSION (Commission), and the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal corporation (City). The Commission and City are referred to together as the “Parties.” This Agreement is entered into pursuant to Public Resources Code section 6307.
