WHEREAS these terms and conditions govern Pedestal’s services and agreements between Pedestal and Clients (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) The Client has engaged Pedestal to provide the services set forth in Schedule “A” of the Onboarding Document (also known as the “Services”) noted above for a period defined in Schedule “A” (the “Initial Term”).
