The following User Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the “MTV Base Fam Community Platform” ("Website"), including without limitation and, where applicable, participation in its surveys, bulletin boards, forums, chats, and all other areas (except to the extent stated otherwise on a specific page) managed by MTV Networks Africa (Pty) Limited t/a ViacomCBS International Media Networks Africa (VIMN). (1 Saxon Road, Hyde Park, Johannesburg, South Africa) (“THE CLIENT”) and powered by Vision Critical Research Solutions (UK) Limited (17 Hatfields, 2nd Floor, London, SE1 8DJ, United Kingdom) ("Service Provider," “we,” or “our”), on behalf of VIMNAtion.
