The following is an Embrace504® Contract (hereinafter “contract” or “agreement”) for software, website hosting, and support services. This contract is made between Brecht’s Database Solutions, Inc. d/b/a Embrace® (hereinafter “Embrace®”, “We”, “Us” or “Licensor”) and Mid-State Special Education Cooperative Bond County CUSD 2, Brownstown CUSD 201, Carlinville CUSD 1, Edinburg CUSD 4, Hillsboro CUSD 3, Litchfield CUSD 12, Morrisonville CUSD 1, Mulberry Grove CUSD 1, Panhandle CUSD 2, Ramsey CUSD 204, South Fork SD 14, St. Elmo CUSD 202, and Vandalia CUSD 203 (hereinafter “You”, “Your” or “Licensee”).
