The Fourth Amendment (this “Fourth Amendment”) to the Agreement between the City of Fair Oaks Ranch, Texas and the Guadalupe-Blanco River Authority dated February 10, 2000 (the “2000 Agreement”) is made and entered into as of this day of , 2023, but effective March 1, 2023, by and between the City of Fairs Oaks Ranch, Texas (the “City” or “Participant”) and the Guadalupe-Blanco River Authority (“GBRA”), collectively (the “Parties”).
