This Annex shall be for the purpose completing a detailed design for a Bi-propellant Throttling Cavitating Venturi Valve. A campaign will be completed to verify the flow characteristics of the design by performing flow coefficient testing with water. Multiple valve pintles and housings may be fabricated as part of the campaign. NASA will oversee fabrication of the test article, water flow testing, and test reporting.
