CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS. Bank, acting as "Securities Intermediary" (as defined in Section 15(g) hereof) shall establish and maintain the following accounts ("Accounts") on behalf of each Portfolio: (a) a Custody Account (as defined in Section 15(b) hereof) in the name of Customer for Financial Assets, which shall, except as modified by Section 15(d) hereof, mean stocks, shares, bonds, debentures, notes, mortgages or other obligations for the payment of money, bullion, coin and any certificates, receipts, warrants or other instruments representing rights to receive, purchase or subscribe for the same or evidencing
