These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement (the “Agreement”) between you (also referred to herein as “you”, “your” or “User”) and F50 League LLC (“SailGP” “we” or “us”), governing your purchase of NFTs as part of the SailGP NFT Collection (the “Collection”). BY PARTICIPATING, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you may not participate in the Collection.
