THIS SETTLEMENT AND RELEASE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), entered into on the Date of Mutual Execution, is between KITSAP COUNTY SEWER DISTRICT NO. 7, a Washington municipal corporation, hereinafter the “District,” and the CITY OF BAINBRIDGE ISLAND, Washington, a Washington municipal corporation, hereinafter the “City.” The City and the District are sometimes collectively referred to in this Agreement as the “Parties” and individually referred to as a “Party.”
