This Agreement and the Terms and Conditions apply to all Programme bookings made between: (1) Groupia Ltd (trading as one or any of Groupia, StagWeb, GoHen, Company Away Days, Teams on Tour and Groupia School Trips), whose company number is 04368234 and whose registered office is at 2nd Floor, 30-32 Westgate Buildings, Bath, Somerset BA1 1EF (“Groupia”); and (2) [
