The following terms and conditions apply to all prop rentals by VICTORY PROPS, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies and their owners, officers, and employees (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Lessor”), and (hereinafter referred to as “Lessee”) with respect to each and all of the props (collectively referred to hereinafter as the “Props”), and the truck and/or trailer (referred to hereinafter as the “Vehicles”) listed on the Rental Order attached hereto.
