THIS FACILITIES PLANNED SERVICES AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made by and between Wisconsin Power and Light Company, a Wisconsin corporation, with offices at 4902 North Biltmore Lane, Madison, Wisconsin 53718 (“Company”), and Milton City Of, a Wisconsin municipal corporation , with offices at 710 S Janesville St,Milron WI 53563 (“Customer”) and contains the terms and conditions under which Company will perform certain Work as defined herein. Customer and Company may each be referred to as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
