WHEREAS The Tánaiste and Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade of Ireland (Irish Aid), The Minister for European Affairs and International Cooperation of the Netherlands and The Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, (the CSSP Development Partners) have decided to establish a programme to channel their financial and technical support to civil society in Ethiopia, the Multi Donor Civil Society Support Programme (hereinafter referred to as the ‘CSSP’ or ‘the Programme’).
