This Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between Linkibag, Inc. (hereinafter “Linkibag” “we” or “us” or “our”), a Delaware corporation, and you, the user (“you”, “your” or “User”). Linkibag owns and operates the website, www.linkibag.com, the mobile and touch versions, any sites we have now or in the future that reference these Terms of Use, and any other services provided by us (collectively, the “Service”).
