This Amended Class Action and PAGA Settlement Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between Plaintiff RAYMUNDO IBARRA GARIBAY (“Plaintiff” or “Ibarra Garibay”) and Defendant EL POLLO INKA EXPRESS, INC.
