AGREEMENT (“Third Amendment”), is entered into by the City of Palmdale (“City”) and Waste Management of California, Inc. (“Company”), for the collection, transportation, recycling, processing, and disposal of residential, commercial and industrial solid waste and other services related to meeting the requirements of the California Integrated Waste Management Act of 1989 (“AB 939”) and other applicable law.
