On behalf of [Lucky 8] (“Producer”), Producer would like to enter into an agreement (“Agreement”) with Pulaski County, Arkansas (“County”) whereby gaining access (behind the scenes) to the Pulaski County Regional Detention Facility (“Facility”) for the purpose of developing and producing a television series (“Series”) for distribution on television (“Network”).
