The Agreement comprises the entire agreement between the parties, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, negotiations, representations and warranties, and communications, both written and oral. Fulfillment of your order does not constitute acceptance of any additional terms and conditions you may have sent MedMinder and does not serve to modify or amend this Agreement.
