THIS SECOND AMENDMENT to an Invitation for Bid and Contract (the “Second Amendment”), is entered into by and between Community Unit School District 200 (“SFA”) and OrganicLife, LLC (“Contractor”) (collectively, the "Parties", and each, a "Party").
