THIS AGREEMENT made as of {date} between The City of Fairfax, Virginia, a Virginia municipal corporation, (“CITY”) and {Name of Firm} (“CONSULTANT”). CITY intends to utilize CONSULTANT to complete separate phases of a Project under Virginia’s Professional Services provision. Collectively, the Work called for shall comprise the “Project”. This contract shall be awarded as a Purchase Order with options to be exercised solely at the City’s discretion.
