This TRADEMARK AND COPYRIGHT LICENSE AGREEl'vlENT (this "Agreement") is entered into by and between BLITZ NV, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company ("Licensor"), and Vulcan Enterprises US, LTD, a Wyoming Corporation ("Licensee"), each a "Party" and collectively, the "Parties", and effective as of the 28th day of September, 2018 (''Effective Date'').
