The Health and Human Services Commission (“HHSC” or “System Agency”) and the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio (“Contractor” or “Performing Agency”), collectively referred to as the “Parties” to HHSC Contract No. HHS000440600001 effective August 30, 2019 (the “Contract”), now want to amend the Contract. Under the terms and conditions of this Interagency Contract, Contractor agreed to provide Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome – Recovery Residence Housing services (“Services”).
