This Consortium Agreement is entered into by and between DataCite – International Data Citation Initiative e.V., represented by its Executive Director Matthew Buys, located at Welfengarten 1B, 30167 Hannover, Germany (“DataCite”), and Technische Informationsbibliothek (TIB), represented by its Director Prof. Sören Auer, located at Welfengarten 1 B 30167 Hannnover. Germany (“Consortium Lead”), as of the Effective Date (as defined below). In consideration of the mutual promises contained herein and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are acknowledged, DataCite and Consortium Lead hereby agree to the DataCite Terms and Conditions and obligations set forth below and in the DataCite Consortium Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
