This UCCEverywhere Website Subscription & Services Agreement (“Agreement”) by and between the National Setting of the United Church of Christ Board, an Ohio non-profit corporation (“UCC National Setting”) and the Local Church signing below (“Church”), is effective as of the date it has been executed by both (“Effective Date”). Each of UCC National Setting and Church is a “Party,” and are together the “Parties,” to this Agreement.
