THE PARTIES AGREE THAT each term and provision of this Agreement constitutes a condition on Tenant’s right to possession of the Premises. Any failure by Tenant to comply with one or more of such terms or provisions shall constitute a default hereunder, and Management may terminate this Agreement and Tenant’s right to possession of the Premises, in any manner provided by law. Each Tenant is jointly and severally liable for the performance under this Agreement, including the payment of rent. The headings of each paragraph are provided for convenience only, and shall not be construed as a material provision of the Agreement. The Parties further agree, as follows:
